Persici Agency: Digital & Marketing Transformation Hub

Intro

Persici Agency is a multi-national digital powerhouse with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Amman. They empower businesses and the public sector to navigate fast-paced technological and cultural shifts. The website is a sophisticated corporate platform built on WordPress, designed to showcase their expertise in digital transformation, marketing, and strategic consulting. It serves as a comprehensive hub for industries ranging from Telecommunications to Energy and Commodities.

Client's Goal

The client needed a highly organized, "Elegant" digital environment that could handle a massive amount of specialized content. Their goals included:

• Complex Service Hierarchy: Displaying a wide array of industries and solutions (like AI, CRM Management – BRAZE, and Supply Chain) in a clean, accessible manner.

• Superior Content Management: A sleek, organized "Insights" (Blog) section and a "Client Stories" (Projects) portfolio that feels high-end.

• Content Versatility: The ability to showcase diverse project resources (some visual-heavy with photos, others cinematic with videos) without losing design consistency.

My Contribution

Building on the initial foundation set by my colleague Yousef Diab, I took over the development to refine, expand, and optimize the site according to the client's evolving needs:

• UI Refinement & Expansion: I customized and added new pages following the site’s core aesthetic, ensuring a seamless user experience across the complex site map.

• Custom Dynamic Templates: I solved a major content challenge by developing two distinct, switchable templates for the "Projects" section. Using a custom toggle in the backend, the client can now choose the layout based on the project's media type (Video-focused vs. Image-focused).

• Elegant Insights & Blog System: I designed and implemented a bespoke template for individual "Insights" posts, focusing on readability and an elegant professional layout that reflects the agency's thought-leadership.

• CRM & Tool Integration: Ensured the integration of specialized solutions sections like CRM Management (Braze) and Digital Engineering are perfectly aligned with the overall site structure.

Summary of Project's Success

The Persici Agency website now stands as a testament to scalable and flexible WordPress development. By creating dynamic templates, I provided the agency with a future-proof system to showcase their high-profile client stories (like Meraas, Saudi Food Bank, and Khazan) regardless of the media format. The site effectively bridges the gap between complex technical solutions and a clean, high-end user journey, successfully supporting the agency's presence across the MENA region.
